  • All of our models are designed to provide proper support. Whether you choose firm, medium, or soft is a personal comfort preference. The softer models allow you to sink into them further before you are cradled by the support layer. Back sleepers tend to prefer a firmer mattress, while side and stomach sleepers tend to choose a medium to soft mattress.

  • Not necessarily! All of our mattress models and feels are made out of material that is pressure-relieving, conforming and supportive. What will feel comfortable and help you the most depends on several different factors. For this reason, we recommend visiting a store near you to try the mattresses in person and figure out what would be best for you.

  • Our mattresses are designed so you do not have to flip or rotate them, you’ll never have to face that backbreaking task. In fact, you should not flip our mattresses—they all have a top side that’s designed for sleeping.

  • We design our mattresses to fit most standard-size modern bed furniture and frames. Unless your product was not designed for the North American market, or is an unusual size, our mattresses should fit. If you have any questions about whether a Tempur-Pedic mattress will fit your bed or furniture frame, we recommend that you refer to the specific product dimensions.

  • We offer a mattress protector that can provide extra protection against liquid spills. It’s specially designed to fit all Tempur-Pedic mattresses, and highly stretchable to move with the mattress as it conforms to your body. It traps liquids to keep the mattress clean and stain-free, and provides an additional allergen barrier to deter bacteria and dust mites.

  • Simply put, for a full decade after you purchase your new Tempur-Pedic®, if the mattress has a defect covered under the warranty guidelines, we’ll replace or repair it. This includes all parts of the mattress. Note that there are certain circumstances that will automatically void the manufacturer’s warranty, including inappropriate foundation use and physical damage.     Remember to register your new Tempur-Pedic® products online to successfully activate all applicable warranties.
